Taping Policy
Audio recording is permitted at most live performances, but is subject to each venue's own policy. We will do everything we can to allow you to tape each show. Soundboard and/or power feeds are not available. Please limit your equipment to portable recorders and microphones. Video recording is not permitted.

Recordings made by members of the audience are for personal use or trading (to the extent permitted by law), though there are no particular restrictions on the formats used for recording or trading--the band, however, prefers CD or DAT.

If you successfully tape a show, we ask that you provide us with a copy for trade, of course. The sale of any such recordings is illegal, unauthorized, and may jepordize everyone's taping privileges.David Stagl reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
